Ten-Fiftey Shipping policy.

Shipping is free of charge.

Please Note.

Customs policies differ from country to country and sometimes supplier to supplier. Please note that any and all customs duty costs are not included in our prices. These costs are post purchase and the sole responsibility of the customer. Ten-Fiftey will not pay these for you.

1. How long does the shipping take?

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3 - 5 business days

Please Note.

1. Processing Time of the product is calculated from the time your order is verified, once verified the processing procedure begins.
2. Processing Time or delivery time of the product might be put off due to the delay of order verification, or manufacturer/country holidays.
3. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labour Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted.
4. There is often a delay of 5-6 days on some occasions this can be longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
5. If you place an incorrect or OLD shipping address and the order has been processed already  then we are not responsible for the product should it not arrive with you - it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the old address or incorrect address or postal office should it not be signed for at the entered location - once are parcels are sent we cannot change, update or cancel them from arriving at the pre-defined destination.
