Returns & Refund Policy

We really hope you love your purchase/s as much as we do but in the unlikely event that you don't and wish to cancel, amend or return your order please see the below.
 
Cancel or amend your order. 
Should you change your mind shortly after placing an order with Ten-Fiftey and wish to cancel or amend the order please email us at hello@ten-fiftey.com.
Please include your full name & order number.
Our customer support will then check if it is possible to amend or cancel your order before it is dispatched. If we can then we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If ordered goods have been dispatched/delivered Ten-Fiftey will only offer a partial refund of 70% of the order total to cover restocking & processing fees regardless of delivery times or extended delivery times due to Covid..
Please note when returning your goods they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Your return goods must also be in the original packaging.
If your goods are highly polished and have been protected with baby Huggies please ensure these are covering ALL of the polished surfaces when returning to ensure total protection of your goods. 
Please DO NOT replace this with bubble wrap or anything plastic as this can become overheated during transit and stick/damage highly polished surfaces.
We do not accept returns on customised orders unless they are faulty.
We do not offer free returns. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of unwanted goods & exchanges. This includes delayed deliveries.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted on sale goods.
Ten-Fiftey will not refund any original shipping costs paid by the customer.

Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs involved with any exchange.
Ten-Fiftey does not supply return labels.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please email us at hello@ten-fiftey.com stating your name, order number and some details and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours to assist.

If your goods have arrived and you believe they are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, not as described or damaged simply let us know by e-mailing hello@ten-fiftey.com with your name, order number and a few details as to why you would like to exchange or return your goods and we will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
If your order is damaged we must have and appreciate you sending us photographic evidence within 24 hours of taking delivery.
In the event of the above happening you MUST inform us by email within 14 days from the date you took delivery that you wish an exchange or refund, and those goods MUST then be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your wish to exchange or be refunded.

Your purchase/s are covered by 12 months warranty. If your purchase becomes faulty within the warranty period please email us at hello@ten-fiftey.com giving as much information as possible and a member of our support team will contact you.
Your goods must be returned to the manufacturer for testing at your own cost. If your goods once tested are deemed faulty we will offer to repair them and refund you the cost of shipping to our manufacturer. If we cannot repair your goods we will replace them. 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted on sale goods.
We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Customs Duty.
Ten-Fiftey does not cover any customs charges which may apply from time to time with certain orders shipped from overseas.
